I chose Kristina Willa & Spa for its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit, such as the Ruebezahl Mountain Spirit Monument. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find valet parking at the property. This made my stay even more convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, I enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy a drink at the hotel's bar.

Room: Dated decor, noisy, and lack of amenities. Bathroom: Low water pressure, no toiletries, and some maintenance issues.

I chose Kristina Willa & Spa because I wanted to visit the Biale Skaly landmark in Szklarska Poreba, and the hotel's good location made it convenient. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the valet parking service at the property. Additionally, the bar/lounge was a great place to enjoy a drink.

Swimming pool hours were from 15:00 - 21:30, which wasn't a problem for me. However, I wonder if the pool area would be sufficient if the hotel had more guests.

The hotel had a lovely spa and the village was charming. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The restaurant staff were also very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the location was quiet and peaceful, yet still easily accessible to everything we wanted to see and do in this city. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The value for money at this small hotel with a lovely spa was exceptional. The room had a large balcony and the location was perfect for exploring the charming village. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is located close to the center with friendly receptionists who were willing to help in any way possible. the pool, sauna, and whirlpool were good, and the massages we received were amazing. There is a common kitchen room and large balcony in the rooms, which adds to the convenience of the stay. the breakfast was perfect, with a variety of food options available, and the staff prepared road packages for those who had to leave early.

One negative aspect was the lack of soap in the bathroom, which was a known issue according to previous guests.
